I want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, please reach out, and I'll do my best to fix it.

I currently accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or I made an error with the order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item so I can determine the best way to help.

If the issue was my error, I’ll work with you to replace the item or find another appropriate solution.
